Teresa A. Ness, 82, of International Falls, Mn., passed away Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011 at the Falls Good Samaritan Society.
She was born Feb. 1, 1929 in Fort Frances, Ont. to Melanie and Giovanni Lovisa.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Robert Ness; and brother, Donald Lovisa.
Teresa is survived by her sons, Mark (Nancy) Ness of Richland, Wash. and Paul (Natalie) of Lebanon, Mo.; and granddaughters, Laura and Brittany, and grandson, Thomas.
Also surviving are her sisters, Adele Fichuk of Fort Frances, Ont. and Anita McIntosh of International Falls, Mn.; sisters-in-law, Chris Lowe of Fort Frances, Ont.. and Eileen Bodnar and Shirley Lyons, both of Napa, Calif.
A memorial mass will be held Friday, Aug. 26, 2011 at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas Catholic Church in International Falls.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations preferred to St. Thomas School or the donor’s choice.
