SUSAN CAROL LIVINGSTON

Susan Carol Livingston, comedienne, free spirit, ray of sunshine, daughter, sister, and beloved friend of hundreds, left the stage on March 11, 2015. “I’m 49 years old.”
She received a call, the sort you can’t refuse, to play a part elsewhere in an unlimited engagement.
A Character with a capital ‘C,’ Sue was known as much for her zest for life as for her wonderful advice and gift of bringing people together. She loved lemon meringue pie, George Clooney, music, and entertaining others.
She played a wicked game of racquetball, danced like a teenager long after she was one, and never met an over-sized ring she didn’t like.
We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from her along the way, among them: never judge or speak badly about others, always make friends with strangers, and never miss an opportunity to laugh.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making an in memoriam donation to Cancer Care Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, Man., R3E 0V9 and/or performing a random act of kindness.
Susan is survived by her parents, Dan and Carol Livingston; as well as brother, Ted (Cathy) and family.
She also will be missed by her aunts, extended family, and dearest friends.
A “celebration of life” service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Knox United Church, 340 Church St., in Fort Frances, Ont.
A reception will be held immediately after the service at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #29, 250 Church St., in Fort Frances.
A private interment will occur at a later date in Blue Cemetery.
