Passed away peacefully at the age of 76 at Brockville General Hospital with his daughter and her dog Milo by his side. Beloved father of Sandra (daughter) and Steven (son).
Steve was born in Fort Frances, Ontario and his first job was at the Boise Cascade Paper Mill. He then met and married Norma (Zrum) Csik (separated spouse). Steve went on to join the Fort Frances Police Department. Constable Csik served at this department for 8 years. He later began a new career with Immigration Canada Federal Government as a Case Presenting Officer. His job transferred him to Sault Ste. Marie, and then to Kingston, where he retired.
He loved spending time outdoors with his dogs, landscaping and travelling. He stayed active gardening and fishing in the summer and ice skating in the winter.
Steve sadly lost his third battle with cancer on January 21, 2021. At his request, there will be no funeral or memorial service. He will be truly missed, but never forgotten.
