Simeon Luke Wiebe passed away peacefully Nov. 28, 2004 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre in Thunder Bay, Ont.
Simeon was born Nov. 18, 2004 in Thunder Bay. He was born with a very rare genetic disorder called Restrictive Dermopathy. He spent 10 precious days here on Earth, with his parents by his side.
God used Simeon’s short life to touch many lives and bring Christ glory.
Simeon is survived by his parents, Scott and Angela Wiebe of Thunder Bay, Ont.; grandparents, Larry and Karen Wiebe of Port Rowan, Ont., and Wayne and Eleanor Barron of Barwick, Ont.; as well as extended family.
A funeral service was held Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004 in Thunder Bay. The pallbearers were Simeon’s two grandfathers.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Dec. 16, 2004 at 7 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church in Fort Frances, Ont. All those touched by Simeon’s life and death are welcome to attend.
