SHARON MARIE LAROCQUE

It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Marie Larocque announce her passing after a short battle with cancer on Thursday, Aug. 11, 2005 at La Verendrye General Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont. at the age of 61.
She was born April 18, 1944 in Emo, Ont. to Hazel and Martin Booth, where she also was raised.
Sharon was united in marriage to Ovide Larocque on March 13, 1965. They later moved to Ear Falls, Ont., where they resided for five years until moving to Fort Frances, where they raised their three sons.
Sharon enjoyed many hours of playing cards and Bingo, or visiting with friends and family, or her three cats Jack, Jill, and Rosie, which she greatly cherished.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ovide Larocque; mother, Hazel Booth; mother- and father-in-law, Cecile and Antoine Larocque; brother, Robert Booth; sister, Shirley in infancy; and a brother, Jimmy in infancy.
Sharon is survived by her three sons, Michael and partner, Tim Magas, of Winnipeg; Man., David and wife, Shawnee, and their son, Gabriel, and Allan and his daughters, Ashley and Torney; numerous sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; her father, Martin Booth of Emo, Ont.; and her brother, Fred Booth (Sylvia) of Atikokan, Ont.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005 at 1 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances, with Mr. Jack Cameron officiating.
Honourary pallbearers will be those whose “hearts she touched.”
