Selmar Brusven, 90, of Morson, Ont., passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 14, 2010 at the Rainy River Health Centre in Rainy River, Ont.
Selmar was born March 7, 1920 in Bergland, Ont. to Betty and Oscar Brusven.
Selmar is survived by his daughters, Ruth Robitaille, Margaret Wilson, and Judith McCulloch, all of British Columbia; and son, David Brusven of Morson, Ont.
He also is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Louella Katona of Fort Frances, Ont.; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Leona, and brother, Ernest.
Cremation has taken place, and a private interment will be held at a later date.
