After a short illness, Ruth Marion Turgeon, 71, went to be with the angels on Oct. 9, 1999.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; children, Deb Turgeon, Ron (Lynn) Turgeon, and Kathy (Denis) English; grandchildren, Jason, Darren, Steven, Shaun, Amber, and Cody; and her great-granddaughter, Jayden.
Ruth also is survived by her mother, Helen Parker; brother, Bob (Shirley) Olson; and brother-in-law, Lyle Turgeon.
A memorial service was held at the Chapel of First Memorial in Calgary, Alta. on Oct. 13, 1999.
