RONALD NORRIS ‘RON’ BEADLE

Ronald “Ron” Beadle, 45, of 150 Sixth St. E., Fort Frances, Ont., passed away suddenly Monday, Jan. 29, 2001 in the place he loved the most, working in the bush on Cedar Narrows Road.
He was born Aug. 6, 1955 in Emo, Ont.
Ron began working in the bush at the age of 17. He had a love for the bush and the outdoors, and loved fishing, and snowmobiling with his family.
On Aug. 16, 1974, he was united in marriage to Gwendolyn “Gwen” Perrault. Ron was a loyal husband, father, and friend. In 1986, Ron met the pride of his life, his chosen daughter, Andrea.
He was predeceased by his father, Andrew Beadle in 1979; and by his brother-in-law, Ralph McMahon in 1989.
Ron is survived by his mother, Verda Beadle of Fort Frances, Ont.; his wife, Gwen Beadle and daughter, Andrea, both of Fort Frances, Ont.; two brothers, Norval Beadle of Fort Frances, Ont., and Don Beadle and wife, Carla, of Peterborough, Ont.; and one sister, Glenda McMahon of Fort Frances, Ont.
Also surviving are three brothers-in-law, Brian Perrault and wife, Kathy, of Couchiching First Nation, Ont., and Don Perrault and Barry Perrault, both of Fort Frances, Ont.; one sister-in-law, Lana and husband, Ben Jackway, of Winnipeg, Man.; mother-in-law, Dorothy Cargill of Fort Frances, Ont.; three nieces, Shailynn and Rebecca McMahon of Fort Frances, Ont., and Miranda Perrault of Toronto, Ont.; and five nephews, Dennis McMahon of Fort Frances, Ont., Don Beadle of Toronto, Ont., Michael Beadle and John Beadle, both of Peterborough, Ont., and Trevor Perrault of Couchiching First Nation, Ont.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001 at 10 a.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances, with Rev. Frances Flook officiating.
Friends visited Friday, Feb. 2, 2001 from 7 until 9 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances.
Honourary pallbearers were Gaston Godbout, Vince Godbout, Rodney Godbout, Rick Godbout, Darcy Faragher, Leonard Maki, Doug McEvoy, Bill Godin, Karl Howells, Ray Wilson, Les Wilson, and James O’Neil.
