Peacefully, at Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, Ont., Ronald Collin MacDonald, of Owen Sound, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2005 in his 61st year.
Dearly beloved son of George and Dorothy MacDonald of Wiarton, Ont., and Peggy Algate of Hamilton, Ont.; and loving father of one daughter, Renee MacDonald, and one son, Chris MacDonald, both of Toronto, Ont.
Proud grandpa of Brandon MacDonald of Toronto, Ont.; and dear brother of Gordon MacDonald of Chilliwack, B.C., Carol of London, Ont., Kim and Dave Schaefer of Kitchener, Ont., Karen and Jim Robertson of Owen Sound, Ont., and Lorraine of Hamilton, Ont.
He is fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Cara and Ed Belbeck, Jenny Robertson, and Sharon and Jamie MacDonald. Ron also will be sadly missed by many aunts and uncles; and his lifelong friend, Peter Larsen and family.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Bert and Barbara MacDonald.
Friends called at the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250-14th St. W., Owen Sound, on Monday, March 28, 2005 from 7-9 p.m.
A family graveside service will be held in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Georgian Bluffs at a later date.
