Rodney Steven Gunderson passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010.
He was born May 14, 1966 and grew up in Fort Frances, Ont. before moving to Toronto, Ont.
During his time employed with Four Seasons Hotel, Rodney enjoyed international travel. More recently, he had pursued further education in computer sciences.
He loved to read, and you always could expect interesting and enlightening conversations. When Rodney would get together with family, there was always much reminiscing and laughter!
Rodney is survived by his father, James Edward of Fort Frances, Ont.; sisters, Jan White of Toronto, Ont., JoAnne Treftlin of Tsawwassen, B.C., Debra Wilson of Dryden, Ont., and Beth Gunderson of Vancouver, B.C.; and many nieces and nephews.
Rodney was predeceased by his mother, Ruth Edith; and brother, Edward Roald.
A memorial gathering will be held Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010 from 3-5 p.m. at Flinders Place in Fort Frances.
