Robert Willard Arnold Gill, our beloved, went to be with God on Feb. 28, 1999. He was 28 years old.
It is with great sadness that the family must announce Robert’s passing away. He goes to be with his grandfather, Robert Arnold Gill; and leaves behind to mourn his loving wife, Debra and daughter, Sarah; mother, Kathleen Gill; father, Bob (Lily) Gill; brother, Keith (Colleen); grandparents, Willard and Genevieve Anderson, and Shirley Gill; and many other relatives and friends.
Robert was our sunshine, our light and our love, our cherished son, husband, and father. It is with great sorrow that we have to face losing him so early to illness.
Those who knew Robert will remember his brilliance, enthusiasm, and determination to succeed in all things. He had faith in God, a loving, gentle nature and compassionate heart, and a great sense of commitment and dedication to family and friends.
Prayers were held Thursday, March 4, 1999 at 6:30 p.m. and the funeral service Friday, March 5, 1999 at 11:30 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, with Rev. David Drake officiating.
Visitation was prior to the prayers and the service. Cremation to follow.
