RICHARD JOHN BOUTET

Richard John Boutet was born Aug. 19, 1957 in Emerson, Man.
He was the fifth child born to Robert (Bob) and Florence Boutet of the Arnaud area. Richard always was proud to be one of “Bobby’s boys.”
His family is devastated to announce that Richard passed away at 12:08 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 7, 2013. Richard was 56 years and 40 days old.
Richard leaves behind his wife of 36 years,Leah Dick Boutet; and his beloved children, Mathew and Alicia (McMillan) of Winnipeg, Man., Stephen and Justine (Nakkanga) of Anola, Man., and Laura and Jordan Neufeld, with precious son, James, of Steinbach, Man.
Also surviving are his favourite mother-in-law, Mavis Dick of Fort Frances, Ont.; his precious sisters and brothers; and numerous treasured uncles, aunties, and cousins.
Richard was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Florence (King) Boutet; two brothers in infancy, Robert Wayne and Christopher; and sister, Elaine Chornoby.
A Mass of the Resurrection, co-officiated by Fathers Damphousse, Bongo, and Kasonga, was held Friday, Oct. 11, 2013 at St. Maurice Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations to the Alzheimer Society appreciated.
