Raymond Jewell of Devlin, Ontario passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at the age of 75. After several weeks of declining health, Ray died peacefully with his beloved wife Linda and his daughter Rachel by his side.
Raymond was born to Wellington and Blanche Jewell of Fort Frances on May 8, 1946. After losing Wellington at a young age, Blanche met John Vold and remarried, relocating the family to Nestor Falls. He found great joy taking his family camping and fishing on Pickwick Lake. He also belonged to the Masons, the Shriners Club and the Emo Legion.
Raymond will lovingly be remembered by his wife Linda; children Rachel, Allison and Troy (Sharon); grandchildren Josey Ray, Gracey Lynn, Kira, Chase; sisters Grace, Arlene, Bonnie (Elton) and brother Ed (Alie); as well as numerous nieces and nephews and Linda’s siblings and family.
