The family sadly announces the passing of Raoul Cayer, 94, on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at Rainycrest Long-Term Care in Fort Frances, Ont.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Northridge Funeral Home in Emo, Ont.
