Ramona Luella Loshaw, recently of Devlin, Ont., passed away peacefully with family by her side on May 10, 2017 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont.
Ramona was born in Wellington, Ont. and resided in Belleville, Ont. until recently moving to be with family.
She was predeceased by husband of 54 years, John, and parents, Samuel and Violet Bartman.
She is survived by sister, Marjorie (Garfield) McKenzie; children, Stephen (Patricia) and Judy Lavigne (Michael Stewart); grandchildren, Angela (Andrew) Saciuk, Arden (Caroline) Loshaw, Matthew (Amie) Lavigne, Avril Lavigne and Michelle (Ryota) Kohama; seven great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Mom enjoyed cooking, quilting and sewing as well as a love for genealogy.
She was a member of Calvary Community Church in Belleville.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at Steele Funeral Home in Belleville. Interment will be in the Stockdale Cemetery.
