PAULINE BARANOWSKI

  Miss Pauline Baranowski, 70, passed away Sunday, Nov. 7, 2004 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
She was born Oct. 24, 1934 in Emo, Ont. to Michael and Pauline Baranowski. She attended elementary school in Emo, Fort Frances High School, and Winnipeg University, taking courses in the Fine Arts program.
Pauline was employed at various jobs, but especially enjoyed working as a nanny/housekeeper in Montreal , Que. for several years. Pauline had a caring heart and loved to help people.
Her main interests were social and political issues, and donating her time to charities. Poor health for the past several years prevented her from carrying on with her interests.
She was predeceased by her parents; and sisters, Nettie, Stella, Ann, and Irene.
Pauline is survived by her brothers, Mike (Irene) and John (Amy) of Nestor Falls, Ont., Dan (Iris) of Logan Lake, B.C., and Bill of Emo, Ont.; and sister, Julie (Howard Burns) of Thunder Bay, Ont. Many nieces, nephews, and other relatives across Canada also survive.
Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service and burial will be held in Emo at a later date.
