Our beloved daughter (NeNe) Nicky, mom, sister, cousin, niece and most importantly friend. She shared an exuberant smile and laughter with everyone she know.
She had a caring and loving heart for all and especially for her children, whom she loved with all her heart and they meant everything to her.
Nicky dreamt of completing her nursing at Lakehead University and attending esthetician program to share her beauty with the world and to start her own business someday.
She will be greatly missed by her daughters Cyntaisha and Anabella and her son Cashton. Nicky will also be missed by her parents Lisa Jourdain and Nick McGuire; and her brothers Jonathon Jourdain, Bryson Robinson; and sisters Karmella Robinson, Tianna and Nicole Campbell; and her nieces Brooke and Natalie; not to mention by her numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and all her friends; also by her partner Wesley Ostamas.
Nicky is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Gloria Paypompee and Richard Jourdain Sr. and paternal grandfather James McGuire; uncle Kevin and auntie Jamie; and by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins from both sides of the family.
Nicky will be returning to Nigigoonsimikaaning to rest.
A traditional wake was held on Wednesday, December 7, at 4:00 p.m., from Nigigoonsimikaaning FN (Red Gut FN) with Services held on Thursday, December 8, at 10:00 a.m.
