MURRAY GREG ERICSON

Murray Greg Ericson passed away suddenly on Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004. He was born Feb. 5, 1958 and lived in Fort Frances, Ont. all of his life.
Murray will be sadly missed by his partner, Khrysti Bragg, and three children, Daniel Busch, Jordan Ericson Bragg, and Drayden Bragg. Murray also leaves behind countless friends who will always remember his cheerful laugh and impish grin.
His kind-hearted spirit is now free to soar above us.
Murray’s riches in his life were his beloved children and his many friends. He loved music, socializing, hunting, and fishing, especially with his son, Daniel.
His friends knew him, not as a leader or a follower, but a comrade at their side. He was the hub of our circle of friends, and his passing will leave a huge void in our lives.
Murray also is survived by his only brother, Paul Ericson of Saskatoon, Sask.; three sisters, Viola Hautala of Thunder Bay, Ont., Erna Lappa of Kamloops, B.C., and Alona Burger of Faust, Alta.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Murray was predeceased by his loving mother, Myrtle Ericson, on Feb. 22, 1998.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2004 at 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (815 Keating Ave.) A luncheon followed the service in the auditorium of the church.
A family interment will be held at a later date.
Honourary pallbearers were Kim Kozik, David Gillon, Andy Shepanski, Mike Vanderhorst, Kim Gosselin, Randy Shortreed, and Matthew Weir.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests in memoriam donations to be made to the Lung Association of Canada or to the charity of your choice.
