Mrs. Minnie Radbourne, 90, of Jasper Place in Thunder Bay, Ont., and formerly of Emo, Ont., passed away peacefully in hospital on Monday, Dec. 30, 2002.
Born in Dekkora, Wis., Minnie came to Emo in 1941, where she lived for 57 years.
She is survived by her son, Cal (Betty) and daughter, Barb (Joe) Hickerson; grandchildren, David (Marla), Donn (Kathleen) Hickerson, Dwayne (Christy), and Jayson and Kirsten Radbourne; and great-grandchildren, Anthony, Shayla, Joshua Hickerson, and Caitlynn Radbourne.
Also surviving are sisters, Delia (Jack) Mattison and Mary (Lester) Jacobsen; brothers-in-law, Lyall Benniger and Howard Johnson; sisters-in-law, Peggy Radbourne and Fran Mack; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard in 1984; sisters, Myrtle, Gladys, and Leone; and brothers, Kenneth and Lyle.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Jan. 3, 2003 at 1 p.m. in the Westfort Funeral Chapel in Thunder Bay, officiated by Mr. Alton Mose. Friends may gather one hour prior to service time.
Interment will take place in Emo Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made to the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital Building Fund.
