Tragically, on Friday April 11, 2008, Michael C. Lange, of Bergland, Ont., passed away at the age of 54.
Michael was born in Rainy River, Ont. on Aug. 13, 1953 to Carl and Yvonne Lange. He was raised on the family farm near Bergland along with his two brothers, Brian and Gerald.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He will be sadly missed by his son, Clayton of Bergland, Ont.; mother, Yvonne Lange of Atikokan, Ont.; and brothers, Brian (Rhonda) Lange and their children, Mark and Christopher, of Thunder Bay, Ont., and Gerald (Barb) Lange and their children, Ashley and Jordan, of Atikokan, Ont.
Michael also is survived by his lifelong friend, Sandra Lange, of Thunder Bay, Ont.; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, Carl Lange.
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 1 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Bergland, with Lay Pastor Carolyn Kreger officiating.
Interment will take place at a later date.
Reception to follow at the Bergland Hall.
