MARY ‘SIS’ LUNDON

Mary ‘Sis’ Lundon, of 532 Front St., Fort Frances, Ont., passed away suddenly at La Verendrye General Hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 1998 at the age of 65.
She was born Mary Leone Hird on June 4, 1932 in Powell River, B.C.
Sis enjoyed her life to the fullest. With all her heart, she devoted much of her time to the Salvation Army. Her greatest pride was her involvement with the local T.O.P.S. Club, where she will be sadly missed. She also will be missed by her friends and staff at Front Street Manor, who helped her through the last years of her life.
Her grandchildren she loved and cared for dearly.
Sis was predeceased by her parents; and one son in Port Alberni, B.C.
She will be forever loved and missed by her two children and families, son, Steve, Livia, Johny, and Natalie Lundon, and daughter, Kim, Gord, Amy, and Jeff Gushulak; brother, John (Val) Hird of Port Alberni, B.C., one uncle, Bill Sweeny of B.C.; nieces and nephews; and a faithful and best friend, Lorraine.
Cremation to take place in Thunder Bay. A private family service will be held.
