It is with great sorrow that the family of Margaret Anne (“Annie”) Hall announces she passed peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2015.
Annie was born Dec. 4, 1921 in Kennedy, Sask. to John and Margaret Eldridge.
Annie moved to Scotland with her mother, Margaret, and brothers at the age of 13.
In 1949, she made the move to Fort Frances, Ont., where she raised her four children.
During World War II, Annie served as a gunner on the east coast of England’s Artillery Division.
Annie accomplished many of her dreams, some which include completing her Grade 12 and Early Childhood Education degree.
Annie worked many different jobs, mainly in department stores (Stedman’s and Saans), until her retirement years, when she enjoyed many hobbies
She is survived by one daughter June (Lloyd) Wilton, who was by her side faithfully; three sons, Gordon (Terry) Hall, Alan (Joyce) Hall, and Brian (Cindy) Hall; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, who were her pride and joy; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Annie was predeceased by her husband and all her siblings

A family service was held.
