LYLE RAYMOND SNIDER

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Lyle Raymond Snider, 61, of Fort Frances, Ont., on Saturday, March 16, 2013.
Lyle is survived by his wife, Linda; sons, Chris (Angela), Ron, and Tim (Karen); and his beloved grandchildren, Copper, Scarlet, Tori, Abby, Hailey, Cole, Jade, Brooke, and Gavin.
He also is survived by his siblings, Roy “Bob” Snider, Bev (John) Fallon, Ralph (Judy) Snider, and Bill Snider; sister-in-law, Joan Snider; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Dora and Roy Snider; sisters, Mildred, Cathy, and Louise; and brothers, Pat and Doug.
Lyle was a talented songwriter and artist. He also had a passion for woodworking, building anything his family and friends requested.
Lyle was the guy family and friends could turn to for advice and guidance. The greatest joy in his life came from his grandchildren; he loved being with them.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances, with Rev. Barbara Miller officiating.
The honourary pallbearers will be Terry Jourdain, Terry Oster, Marty Ryll, Shawn Hayes, Don Swift, and Paul Noble.
