Lydia Hasiuk peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2010 at the age of 80 in Toronto, Ont.
Beloved mother of Mary Anne, Irene, Roman, and Helen.
Lydia will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
Cremation has taken place in Toronto.
