It is with deep sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Lise Marie Roisin (Madison) of Fort Frances, Ont., and formerly of Stratton, Ont., on Friday, Nov. 18, 2011.
Lise was born Oct. 31, 1943 in Montreal, Que. to the late Albert and Albertine Madison.
Lise was married July 20, 1963 in L’Acadie, Que. to Alfred, who survives along with their four children, Fred Jr. (Brenda) of Fort Frances, Ont., Rene (Donna) of Winnipeg, Man., Louis of Winnipeg, Man., and Anne (Paul) of Thunder Bay, Ont.
Also left to cherish her life are her grandchildren, Jeffery, Megan, Tanner, and Anthony.
Lise also leaves behind her brothers, Gilles (Lisette), Claude (Ginette), Roger (Catherine), Leo ( Johanne), and Jacques (Lise); as well as many other close friends and family.
Lise was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Albertine Madison.
Fred and Lise operated their business (Roisin Farm Equipment) in Stratton until they moved to Fort Frances in 1990.
Lise was a true and treasured caregiver for her family, children, grandchildren, and her close friends. She will be missed dearly.
A time of fellowship for family and friends will be held Friday, Nov. 25, 2011 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Northridge Funeral Home in Emo, Ont.
The honourary pallbearers will be Ron and Dora Kloosterman, Kim and Marie-Theres Metke, Erna Hodgson, Ben and Helen Blattner, Pat Shaffer, Roy Stainke, and Dorothy Taylor.
A memorial service will be held in L’Acadie, Que. in the summer of 2012.
