Linda Anne Dick, 64, of Red Lake, Ont., passed away died peacefully on Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital in Red Lake.
Linda was a nurse who touched many lives in both her personal and professional life, both at Red Lake hospital and the Red Lake gold mines.
Linda was loved by many people in the community. She, along with the help from others, brought Pakwash Provincial Park back to life.
She had a passion for camping, quilting with her close friends, planting her flowers, and especially spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her sisters, Marilyn, and Denise and husband, Bob; sister-in-law, Sharon; daughter, Staci; son, Brent; daughter-in-law, Burgundy; and four grandchildren, Tori, Mackenzie, Taylor, and Ashton.
Linda was predeceased by her mother, Yvonne; father, Mckenzie; and loving husband, Gary.
A memorial service was held Wednesday July 31, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion in Red Lake, with Sam Bates officiating.
A private interment will follow at a later date.
