Lillian McTeague (nee Gushulak), beloved wife of the late John McTeague, entered into God’s rest at the Centenary Health Centre on Monday, Dec. 21, 1998 in her 56th year.
She was the loving mother of Janette and Jennifer (Karl Doose), and proud grandmother of Kurt Doose.
Lillian also will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters, Bill Gushulak of Fort Frances, Mary Franko of Fort Frances, George (Dede) Gushulak of California, Walter Gushulak of Fort Frances, Orest (Karen) Gushulak of Rainy River, Dennis (Donna) Gushulak of Ear Falls, Ont., Gary (Kim) Gushulak of Dryden, Ont., and Iris (Ted) Gagosha of Fort Frances; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mike and Alicey Gushulak; sister-in-law, Shirley Gushulak; brother-in-law, John Franko; and infant niece, Rosemarie Franko.
Funeral mass was celebrated at St. Joseph Highland Creek Parish on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1998 at 11 a.m.
Interment followed at St. Joseph’s Parish Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
