Lillian passed away peacefully on September 23, 2022, with her family by her side.
Lillian was born in North Branch, Ontario, on September 16, 1936. She was the youngest in the Zerebeski Family with two brothers and three older sisters.
She and her husband Roy raised their four children in Atikokan until 1972, when they moved to Schreiber, Ontario. In 1984, they moved back to Fort Frances to enjoy their retirement a few years later.
Throughout her life Lil worked as a cashier, barmaid, cook at the Fort Frances Jail and owner of a drive-in while living in Schreiber with her husband Roy. She was a long-time Legion and Lions Club member, and an avid hockey mom.
Lil is survived by her sons Donald (Cindy); Brent (Dawn); Susan (Ted Neville); Colleen (Ted Winters); six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
As per Lillian’s wishes there will not be a service. In lieu of flowers the family appreciate any donations be sent to a charity of your choice.
