Lawrence Barnard passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 8, 2013 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont. at the age of 60.
He was born Feb. 11, 1953 to George and Anna Barnard.
Left to cherish with fond memories is his beloved wife, Deb; daughter, Ann Marie; son, Lawrence (Jr.); grandchildren, Natasha, Rachel, Junior, Michael, Sam, Trinty, and Timothy; and great-grandchild, Mia, all of Fort Frances, Ont.
He also is survived by his brothers, Jack (Terri) of Emo, Ont. and Melvin (Cathy); sisters, Bernice (Bill) Reid, Doreen (Barney) Mercer, and Gloria (Jack) Risi, all of Atikokan, Ont.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lawrence was predeceased by his parents, George and Anna; grandmother, Josie Sanchez; sister, Irene; and brothers, Bruce and Dave.
Lawrence had many hobbies and his greatest passion was being around his planes.
He will be missed dearly. May he rest in peace, for all eternity, ’til one day when we shall meet again.
Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.
