It is with great sadness the family of Kenny Rousseau announces his sudden passing on Monday, Nov. 4 2019. 
Kenny was born on Aug. 2, 1961 in Fort Frances, Ont. to Oliver (Bud) and Winnifred Rousseau. Kenny was united in marriage to Lori Bruyere on Aug. 4, 1984. They were blessed with their son, David, in 1986.                                
Ken was a bush worker born and bred. He held many different positions over the years from driving log truck to running heavy equipment.
In his spare time, Kenny enjoyed fishing, golfing, spending time at his cabin on Stanji, baking cookies or just cooking in the kitchen. His son, David, and grandchildren, Axton and Malenah, were his pride and joy, and he was happiest when surrounded by his family. 
Kenny leaves behind his wife, Lori; son, Dave, and daughter,in-law Ashley; his grandchildren, Axton and Malenah; brothers, Gerry (Barb), Bob (Wendy), and Bill (Annie); and sister, Annette (Jack). 
He’s also survived by brothers-in-law, Arden, Gregg (Connie), sisters-in-law, Jade, Joanne, and special friend, Lana Mainville; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who all held a special place in his heart.
Kenny was predeceased by his parents, Bud and Winnie; his brother, David; brother, Dale; his in-laws, Marvin and Catherine Bruyere; and brother in-law, Colin Bruyere.
Honorary pallbearers will include Bill Rousseau, Trevor Hands, Gregg Bruyere, Al and Curtis Boivin, and Jeff Grandbois.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday November 9th 2019 at 1:00pm at the Couchiching Rec Centre.
