It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Leslie Olson on Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Rainy River Health Center in Rainy River Ont.
Kenneth was born March 16, 1950 in Rainy River. He lived his life in Bergland Ont. with his wife and children.
His passion was mechanics, hunting, fishing, time with family, and building things around the home.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Beverly; daughter, Amanda (Patrick); sons, Justin (Korene) and Erik (Nicole); sisters, Sharon (Francis) Washkowsky and Rose (Wally) Bilton; brothers, William (Mary Ann) Olson and Rocky (Cindy) Olson; sister-in-law, Candace Olson; and grandsons, Noah and Aron.
He also is survived by lifetime friend, Henry Pentney; as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Kenneth was predeceased by his parents, Ivan and Anna Olson; and brothers, Melvin Olson and Ray Engels.
A ceremony to commemorate Kenneth’s life will take place Friday, April 1, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Bergland Community Hall, with Rev Ralph Fluit officiating.

The honourary pallbearers will be Henry Pentney, Lawrence Larson, Charles Thorkilson, Albert Lecot, Mark Pentney, and Patrick Ryan.
