Kanita Gingrich, 22, of Mine Centre, Ont., passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on Monday, Feb. 6, 2017 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont.
Born on April 23, 1994, she was the beloved daughter of Leon and Karen Gingrich of Mine Centre.
Lord willing, visitation and viewing will be held Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Pineview Mennonite Church, 318 Hele Rd., in Chapple Township, Ont.
A funeral service will be held at the Barwick Community Hall on Monday, Feb, 13, 2017 at 1 p.m.
Interment will take place at the Pineview Mennonite cemetery following the service.
