It is with deep sorrow that the family of Judy Blumenauer announces her passing on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014 in Cranbrook, B.C. at age 67.
Judy was predeceased by her parents, Woodrow and Ruth Anderson; brother, Lyle Anderson; and sister, June Lowes.
She is survived by her loving husband, Michael; three children, Sherry Murtauk, Alan Bodnerchuk, and James Blumenauer; and grandchildren, Kaiya, Mason, Paris, Ava, Beckett, and Meri.
Also surviving are four sisters, Wanda Jodoin, Sharon Robinson, Colleen Hanson-Tuedt, and Gail Beyak; as well as many relatives and friends.
A memorial service for Judy will be held Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014 at 11 a.m. at McPherson Funeral Home in Cranbrook.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 19 9th Ave. S., Cranbrook, B.C., V1C 2L9.
