Judy Morphet passed away peacefully on June 24, 2025, at St Joseph’s Medical Center in Toronto at the age of 77.
She was born on November 4, 1947, in Emo, to Irwin and Jeannie Morphet. Judy was a cherished daughter, sister, aunt niece, cousin and friend.
Judy moved to Toronto in 1970, and lived there for 55 years, working as an Executive Assistant.
She loved all genres of music, dogs, baseball, theatre, games, traveling and sharing a Bud Light with friends and family. Judy travelled to many countries throughout her lifetime, with Paris being her favorite.

Judy had many health issues over the past few years, but you would never have known as she handled them all with grace, dignity and positivity.
Judy leaves behind her sister Pam; nieces Kaitlyn and Kalle; and great-nephew Carson. She is predeceased by her parents Irwin and Jeannie Morphet; and brother-in-law David Cowlishaw.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at the Emo Legion.
