It is with deep sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Jodi-Lynn Bartczak, 57, of Fort Frances, Ont., on Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
Jodi-Lynn was born March 17, 1959 in Fort Frances, where she attended public school and high school.
At the age of 18, she moved to Thunder Bay, Ont., where she had lived until returning to Fort Frances in 2014 to be with her family.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Sylvia McKelvie; sisters, Kim (Dave) Renaud, Janace McKelvie, and Adrian McKelvie; and brother, Jason McKelvie.
Also surviving are numerous nephews, one niece, several great-nieces and great-nephews; and her step-children, Lee Gabrielle and Bean Bartczak.
Jodi-Lyn was predeceased by her husband, Stan Bartczak; father, Walter McKelvie; and brother, Drew McKelvie.
Cremation has taken place.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
