James Albert Bruce passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 8, 2006 at the Yuma Regional Medical Centre with his wife, Tish, at his side.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial and celebration of life service will be held in International Falls, Mn. in the spring.
