Isabelle “Izzy” V. Lindholm, age 86, passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 at Diamond Willow in Cloquet with her family by her side. She was born on July 7, 1934 in Pouce Coupe, B.C., to Harry and Vivian Beck. Izzy married her high school sweetheart, Robert Lindholm on October 30, 1954 in Fort Frances. They moved to the United States and became naturalized citizens. Izzy loved family gatherings and spending time at the cabin on Rainy Lake, Fort Frances. Her hobbies included genealogy, collecting dolls, golfing, sewing, singing and especially dancing. Izzy loved to joke around, and she was always dancing and singing. She was a kind, sweet and bubbly person that never lost her personality, even when dealing with dementia.
Izzy was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert; brother Roy Beck.
She is survived by her children, Becky Linnea Lindholm of Florida; Victoria Lindholm of Duluth; Mark (Mary) Lindholm, and Lori (Pat) Meisner of Cloquet; grandchildren Alyse (Joel) LaFontaine, Blythe (Steve) Thomas, Joshua (Jess) Meisner, and Sierra (Jake Schwinn) Lindholm; great-grandchildren Lillyana, Calysta, Elle, Brooks, and Hope; siblings Ray Beck of British Columbia, Mona (Brian) Avis, Ted (Colleen) Beck, and Tom (Sherry) Beck all of Fort Frances; and numerous nieces and nephews.
