Helen (Chowhan) Hogan, 81, of Surrey, B.C., formerly of Fort Frances, Ont., passed away Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999 at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edmund Leo (Eddy) Hogan in November, 1983.
Helen is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Sandra Merko (Delbert) of Mesa, Az., Joanne Hogan of Surrey, B.C., and Mrs. Lynne Crawford (Steve) and Mrs. Janice Carpenter (Art), both of Fort Frances, Ont.; and four sons, Bob Hogan (Marie) of Ladysmith, B.C., Mike Hogan of Mesa, Az., Jack Hogan (Elaine) of Fort Frances, Ont., and Jeff Hogan (Bev) of Calgary, Alta.
She also is survived by 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Cremation will take place in Surrey, B.C.
