Harold James Brown, 42, passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 27, 2000. He was born on Jan. 28, 1958.
Harold enjoyed fishing, hunting and running his boat “portage.” He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
He is survived by his daughter, Kerry-Lynn Pointer of Calgary, and his mother, Nellie, and step-father Robert Brown of Stratton. Also surviving are his six brothers and sisters, Grant (Carmen) Simmons of Thunder Bay, Guy (Lois) Simmons of Emo, Miles (Teresa) Brown of Atikokan, Connie Carrier and Ben VanDrunen of Devlin, Liana Brown and Richard Byrnes of Fort Frances, Cheryl (Bruce) Masson of Petersfield, Man., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father Bill Simmons and by both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
A memorial service for friends and family will be held at a later date.
