GORDON GLEN CAMERON
Glen Cameron, 77, of Emo, Ont., passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2007 at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont.
Glen was born on the family farm in Lash Township, Ont. on March 1, 1930 to the late Oswald and Mabel Cameron.
After the passing of their father in 1938, the family moved to Emo, where Glen resided until his passing. He worked for Border Sales for many years, and then to Visser Auto until his retirement.
He will be lovingly remembered by the love of his life, Anne Advent of Atikokan, Ont.; brothers, Ross (Anna) of Seattle, Wash. and Don of Fort Frances, Ont.; and sisters, Lorna Kehler of Grunthal, Man. and Betty (Werner) Siegel of Thunder Bay, Ont.
Glen also is survived by his aunt, Agnes Hodge of Porcupine Plain, Sask.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Glen was predeceased by his parents; and brother-in-law, Dave Kehler.
A celebration of Glen’s life will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Northridge Funeral Home in Emo, Ont., with Rev Eileen Bragg officiating.
Interment will follow in the Emo Cemetery at a later date.
