Gloria Bergner passed away on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, with her loved ones by her side, at La Verendrye General Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont.
Gloria leaves behind her three daughters, Taunia (Guy) Klem and their children, Lyz and Darian, Dana (Adam) Scott and their sons, Declan and Felix, and Debbie (Billy) Paul and their children, Brett, Griffin, Ivy, Cadence, Maverick, Levi, and Wyatt, and great-grandson, Carter Paul.
She also is survived by her two sisters, Darlene Tomczak (Leonard-deceased) and Marilyn (Mario Venerus-deceased); brother, Randy (Sue) Shortreed; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was born on May 17, 1946 to Ollie and Berna Shortreed.
Gloria enjoyed gardening, lake life, volunteering, and spending time with her numerous groups of friends. She loved her family most of all.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #29 in Fort Frances, with Pastor Diane Clifford officiating.
