GLADYS GRACE MACKAY

Gladys Grace Mackay passed away Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the Mountain View Manor at the age of 87.
Gladys was born in Fort Frances, Ont., the fourth of five children, to Perley and Florence Holmes.
She is survived by her sister, Helen (Julius) Toth.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Ina Parlane, Ray Holmes, and James Holmes.
She will be deeply missed by her husband of 54 years, Charles; her children, Tede (Gregg), Tom, Lou (Carley), Florence (Steve), and Mary (John); 12 grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and friends.
Gladys welcomed many into her family, including Mike Wong (Sandra) and their children.
She worked for some years in reservations for the Canadian Steamships and Canadian National Railway.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, April 11, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 3900 Arthur Dr., Delta, B.C.
