Gisele Jacqueline Blais, 40, of Fort Frances, Ont., passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 3, 2003 near Nestor Falls, Ont. She was born April 27, 1962 in Espanola, Ont.
Gisele was united in marriage Aug. 30, 1986 to Paul Blais, who survives along with their children, Katie, Sarah, and Dane.
Also surviving is her mother, Mary Miller of Chatham, Ont.; and her sister, Denise (Barry) Brown and their children, Kyle, Devon, and Victoria, all of Chilliwack, B.C.
She was predeceased by her father, Walter Joseph Miller.
A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Fort Frances, with Fr. Ed Merchant officiating.
Friends may visit Monday, April 7, 2003 from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances. Vigil prayers will be offered at 7:30 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Randy Cooke, Norm Mitchell, Paul Jewiss, Dale LaBelle, Steve Sopotiuk, and Blaine Frenette.
