It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing for out husband and father, Sid Ross, who was born on April 28, 1920 to Gladys and Alex Ross in Blackhawk, Ont.
He is survived by his wife, Eva Ross (Armstrong), and son, Delbert Ross.
He also is survived by his brother, Gordon Ross, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sid was predeceased by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Delbert and Gladys Ross, Norman and Muriel Ross, Don and Odell Ross, Katherine and Al Halvorsen, Margaret and Herb Summers, Irene and Murray Donnelly, George and Kay Armstrong, Gerald and Lyla Armstrong, Laura and Don Wright, Vernon and Edna Armstrong, and Colin Coasts.
After WWII, Sid went back to trucking and construction work for George Armstrong Co.
Sid loved to hunt and fish in his spare time.
At dad’s request, there will be no funeral service.
