The family of George Cawston announces his passing on Thursday, June 25, 2015.
He was united in marriage to the late Betty Jean Armstrong in 1957.
George leaves behind his two sons, Rod (Debbi) and Murray (Cindy); and special friend, Sandy Stark, whom he met in late November, 1992.
He spent time since then travelling the world.
He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Brady, Manny, and Tylar; and brothers, Mihlan and Linn.
He will be sadly missed by all.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at Riverview Cemetery in Fort Frances, Ont., with Fr. Wayne McIntosh officiating.
Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
