EVELYN LILLIAN BEDARD

Evelyn passed away with her family by her side on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003. She was born in International Falls, Mn. on July 16, 1932.
Evelyn was united in marriage to Albert Bedard, who predeceased her in 1999. Evelyn also was pre-deceased by her son, Ronald; daughter, Jeanette; a daughter in infancy; granddaughter, Stefani; parents, Lillian and Ernest Thydean; brother, Lloyd Carrier; and sister, Carol Browning.
She is survived by her children Allan (Laura) of Fort Frances, Ont., Charlene (Harry) Bazylewski of Blackhawk, Ont., Brenda (Chuck) McPherson of Couchiching, Ont., Leonard of Fort Frances, Ont., Albert (Laurie) of Fort Frances, Ont., Victor (May) of Fort Frances, Ont., Tom (Barb) of Fort Frances, Ont., Diane (Wes) Caul of Stratton, Ont., and Randy (Brenda) of Fort Frances, Ont.
She also is survived by son-in-law, Ron Mondor; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving brothers and sisters are Rosemary (Orville) Dahl of Longview, Wash., Donna Lind of Zimmerman, Mn., Guy Swanson of International Falls, Mn., Gladys Glazek of St. Paul, Mn., Kathy (Jerry) Adee of International Falls, Mn., Ted (Shela) Thydean of International Falls, Mn., Allen (Liz) Thydean of International Falls, Mn., Janet (Dean) Mizner of Longview, Wash., and Toni Gjavenis (Les) of International Falls, Mn.; as well as Evie’s lifelong friend, Florence Nagy Kozma of Edmonton, Alta.
Evie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a kind and compassionate person, and will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
At Evelyn’s request there will be no funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
Evelyn and Albert will be interned together at Riverview Cemetery in Fort Frances. Family and friends may gather at a graveside service to be held Friday, Nov. 21, 2003 at 11 a.m.
