DOUGLAS SAMUEL SNIDER

Douglas Samuel Snider, 63, of Fort Frances, Ont., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004.
Doug was born June 28, 1941 in Fort Frances to Dora and Roy Snider. He had lived in Fort Frances all his life.
He loved being outdoors and had worked as a logger for many years. Doug enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tinkering.
He is survived by his sons, Don and John; siblings, Pat (Joan), Bill, Louise Grant, Ralph (Judy), Bev (John) Falloon, Catherine, Lyle (Leathia), and Robert (Rose); as well as numerous nieces and nephews and good friend, Paul.
Doug was predeceased by his parents, Roy and Dora; brother, James; and sisters, Mildred Zolub and Thelma Snider.
At Doug’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held in the spring.
If friends so desire, in memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Fort Frances Community Chest, or the Palliative Care Volunteer Program.
