David Melvin Newman, 47, of Thunder Bay, Ont., and formerly of Atikokan, Ont. and Fort Frances, Ont., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008 in Thunder Bay.
David was born on March 20, 1961 in Atikokan.
He will be sadly missed by his mother, Lillian Newman, of Fort Frances, Ont.; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, James Earle Newman; and his brother, James Paul Newman.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances.
Pastor Brian Keffer officiated, followed by interment in Riverview Cemetery in Fort Frances.
