With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Darlene Nyberg on Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at the age of 47, at La Verendrye General Hospital in Fort Frances, Ont.
Darlene leaves behind her husband of 27 years, Michael, and sons, Michael-John and Damon Nyberg; mother, Carolyn (Cookie) Armstrong; brother, Donald Schneider (Kathryn); sister, Lynn Couture (Donald); mother-in-law, Olive Nyberg; brothers-in-law, Robin (Bev) and Wayne (Shannon); sisters-in-law, Debbie and Sheri Lynne; and many nieces and nephews.
Darlene was predeceased by her brother, Bradley Armstrong; father, Jack Armstrong; and father-in-law, Eric Nyberg.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances, with Rev. Carl Emke officiating.
Friends may visit prior to the funeral service from 1-2 p.m. at Green Funeral Home.
The honourary pallbearers will be Bob and Barbara Lewis, Ray and Judy Lamontagne, Geri Kakeeway, and Angela Heath.
