CRAIG A. KENNEDY

Craig A. Kennedy, 26, of Hallock, Mn. passed away at the Kittson Memorial Healthcare Center early Friday morning, Nov. 15, 2002, after a long struggle with cancer.
Craig Alan Kennedy was born in International Falls, Mn. on Jan. 18, 1976, the son of Edwin and Laurie (Earley) Kennedy. He grew up in Fort Frances, Ont. and graduated from International Falls High School in 1994.
Craig moved to Hallock in February, 1997 and began working at Motor Coach Industries in Pembina, N.D.
On Nov. 1, 1997, he married Melissa Potrament at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. The couple settled in Hallock, and Craig worked at Motor Coach Industries until September, 2001.
Craig loved hockey, fishing, and golf, and most of all his two sons.
Family members include his wife, Melissa; two sons, Nicholas and Nathan at home; his mother, Laurie (Larry Tucker) Kennedy of Fort Frances, Ont.; his father, Edwin Kennedy of Fort Frances, Ont.; three brothers, Jake Kennedy, Jason Tucker, and Jon (Chantelle) Tucker, all of Fort Frances, Ont.; sister, Heidi (Dave) Tucker of Dryden, Ont.; grandparents, Jack and Colleen Earley of International Falls, Mn., and Elda Kennedy of Fort Frances, Ont.; father- and mother-in-law, John and Marty Potrament of Hallock, Mn.; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services are scheduled Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Hallock. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Hallock.
Rev. Timothy Noah will officiate. Special music to be performed by St. Patrick’s Choir, with Sharlene Klegstad as organist.
Honourary pallbearers will be Jeremy Zahn, Mike Mannausau, Eric Finney, Mike (Turk) Johnson, Chris Olek, Josh McMahon, Monte Bolzan, Brian Byma, Eric Onichuck, Mark Deschene, Keith Schmiedeberg, Chris Zahn, and Alan Youso.
